Long Process

So we are in the process....a long process, of moving back to our house.  Explaining it would just be drama so instead I will say that we will be in by the time my mom visits this weekend. 

So has anyone watched Extreme Couponing on TLC.  That show is crazy and awesome and I have actually become a couponer.  Not like the crazy women on the show.  There is a vegas mom who has a website that puts everything together and what coupons to use and everything and she has seminars once a month to help you learn how to maximize your couponing skills. 
The only bad thing about Nevada is that there are no double coupons anywhere....EVER!  So while you can get some stuff for free, it is pretty much impossible to pull off what the ladies do on the show.  So far, since I started couponing back in January, I pretty much save 50% every shopping trip; which I think is pretty awesome.  I don't stockpile but do stock up on certain items when they are a great deal.  And as for the total hours I spend couponing, clipping and looking up coupons on the computer and going through the grocery store ads....about 5 hours a week, if that.  That is the great thing about the internet is that so many women out there (bless their hearts) do all the hard work for you. :)  But it is usually a good idea to do a "just looking" trip to the grocery store before you buy becuz not all deals are advertised in their ad/paper.

In normal news, Savannah always plays with my MIL's Nintendo DSi and there is a pizza diner dash type game on it and Savannah....my 3 year old, kicks ass on it.  oh goodness.  I wonder what her generation will be called....Generation T (for technology) or Generation C (for computers)....LOL.
