So, after some advice, I have narrowed the preschool down to a couple of community centers and an in-home preschool. The in-home one is insured and licensed and apparently the teacher has a masters in education and has been a teacher for 15 years. I'm not sure why all the sudden she has this home prescchool...I am assuming she was one of the hundreds of teachers Las Vegas laid off. But we are checking into it because she can go three half days for the same price as two half days at the centers. Has anyone ever heard of anyone sending their kid to an in-home? I am so excited and nervous that she will be starting preschool; but she is definently ready.
So what is everyone doing for Fourth of July? we are going to BBQ...uh duh! (but probably not swim becuz our community pool will be packed) and then we are going to go to our spot across from Green Valley Ranch Casino to watch the fireworks. We have the best spot and also, we can do our own fireworks before and after the show in the parking lot. :)
Now I am trying to figure out if I can get up early enuff to take Savannah to library tomorow so I can make a mommy friend? hum....i hope I don't flake out.
