Finally I can say it....a baby girl is on her way! Not mine though. Hahahha, got ya for a second though didn't I. Actually my friend Ashley is preggo and they just found out she is having a girl and now I can finally write about it cuz I had to wait till she posted on FB.
I am soooo excited for Jocelyn Grace (sooo frickin adorbz right?!)! And I am so happy for my her and her husband. She is my first, real and true friend, that is having a baby! She was also my first real friend to get married too. (and I when I say real, I mean in a best friends sort of way). Me and Ash went through our ups and downs from kids, to teenagers, to young adults...but her and I connnect in a different way than I do with other friendships. I know she will be in my life forever and now I am so happy that she is going to be mother becuz she is going to be awesome!
So lately on Facebook, I find that a few of my friends will start conversations via comments with other friends and the stuff they talk about makes no sense to me. Like, they are talking about serious stuff, but I read it and I'm like "wtf mate?". Maybe it is because I only did two years of college and I never took serious courses like philosophy or politics. I try to get involved in the news and politics and try to be educated when I am going to bring up or get involved in a subject. I mean, I love reading other peoples posts and looking at their pictures, but sometimes I actually have to try to come up with something to post. I don't want to be just a looksie-loo. :) And then I look at my posts, and they are either about kids, what I'm doing, or pictures.
I mean, usually I'm looking up stuff about cheap homecooked meals, or googling a rash that one of the kids has, researching schools, researching new findings in the Down Syndrome world, reading forum boards about dave ramsey or even harry potter, (lol).
But seriously....I feel dumb sometimes.
I guess in the end its okay cuz the main reason I even have facebook is for my mom.

Lol, we all feel dumb sometimes. That's why we try making up for it by posting "serious" things, haha. No really, college has nothing to do with it. You are plenty smart on the things that matter!!
Awww Emmy!! I love you! Thank you for the sweet post. I feel so blessed to have you in my life and hope that we live close by again someday. I miss you and your sweet family! :)
